Stocked in the USA and shipped from our US warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery is typically 2–6 business days depending on your state. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States and included in the prices shown. We currently ship to US addresses only — the lamps are wired for 120V and ETL-listed to UL 153 for the North American market.
30-day returns: if the lamp is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorisation — you pay the return shipping and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged or defective on arrival: send us photos within 7 days and we ship a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost. Every lamp carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Refunds go back to the original PayPal account, normally within 3–5 business days of approval.

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order (name, delivery address, contact details and order contents). Card and bank details are handled entirely by PayPal; we never see them. We do not sell or share your data, we do not run advertising cookies on this page, and we keep order records for 7 years as required for accounting.
